Ms. Benardete is co-founder and Managing Director of Multicultural Capital, LLC (MCC) an independent consulting boutique based in San Juan, P.R. with a worldwide network of contacts that are interested in investing in Puerto Rico, Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic markets. MCC plays the role of most trusted local connection for a selective group of both strategic and financial investors and is responsible for both identifying and screening private transaction opportunities that meet these investors' stringent investment criteria. MCC is also a minority and women owned business enterprise, and all its senior executives are women. Ms. Benardete's industry focus is in CleanTech. Earlier in her career Ms. Benardete was an analyst for JP Morgan in the Latin American Mergers & Acquisition group, where she participated in several high-profile transactions with blue-chip clients. She is a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum. She has a MSFS International Business/International Relations degree from Georgetown University, where she was a Woodrow Wilson Foundation Fellow.
